As we approach the winter holiday season, we turn to our favorite customs in the workplace, in our home life, and in our community.
Have you ever stopped to think about the word “CUSTOM“? It’s a noun and an adjective whose definitions are related yet conflicting. Here’s my fresh perspective on how that relates to your business.

As an adjective, custom is something made to the specifications of an individual, team or organization. Custom plans, clothing or ideas provide high-value as they focus on one’s unique outcomes and desires. Weird, huh?

No matter how you celebrate this time of year, I hope you take a moment to think about how you can customize your customs.
